Transparency and clarity are important to us. Here you will find all the information about our prices, booking conditions, and helpful tips for your stay at the Kreithner estate. This way, you can start your holiday in the Pustertal well-prepared.
Prices
- Prices are calculated per day and are based on a minimum stay of 6 nights.
- Prices are the base price for 2 or 4 people, depending on the size of the apartment.
For shorter stays, the high season price automatically applies.
The prices quoted for apartments I and III, for example, are therefore as follows:
Daily price for 2 persons for a minimum stay of 6 nights. For apartments II and IV: price per day for up to 4 persons for a minimum stay of 6 nights. - During the high season, bookings can only be made from Saturday to Saturday.
- The minimum stay is 3 nights. For short stays of 3 to 5 nights, the high season price automatically applies.
- We guarantee the best possible price for direct bookings made via our website.
- In each apartment, it is possible to accommodate one additional person on the sofa in the living room (90x200 cm). We charge an additional €40.00 per night.
- There is no extra charge for infants up to 2.99 years of age who sleep in their parents' bed or in a cot.
- High chairs and cots are provided free of charge.
- Dogs are welcome in apartments I and II on the first floor (max. 2 dogs per apartment). We charge £15 per day per four-legged friend.
- The municipal tourist tax is not included in the price and is currently £2.10 per person per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
- Additional costs: Electricity, water and heating are included in the price.
- One garage parking space per holiday apartment is included in the price.
- Cleaning service: For stays of 6 nights or more, we offer an additional towel change and a light cleaning service during the week.
- Final cleaning is included in the price.
- The prices are valid per night and apartment with a minimum stay of 4 nights.

The prices represent the base rate for 2 or 4 people depending on the size of the apartment.
For shorter stays, the high-season rate automatically applies.
Therefore, the price indication for apartments I and III is as follows:
Daily rate for 2 persons with a minimum stay of 6 nights. For apartments II and IV:Price per day for up to 4 persons with a minimum stay of 6 nights. -
During the high season, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights, a surcharge applies:
· €30 per night for apartments I and III
· €50 per night for apartments II and IV

Prices are based on the following standard occupancy:
· Apartments I and III: 2 persons
· Apartments II and IV: 4 persons

For small children up to 2.99 years who sleep in their parents’ bed or in a brought baby bed, no extra charge applies.

For the 3rd person in apartments I and III as well as the 5th person in apartments II and IV, an additional €40 per night will be charged.

Maximum occupancy:
· 3 persons for apartments I and III
· 5 persons for apartments II and IV

Pets (dogs only) are allowed exclusively in apartments I and III for an extra charge of €15 per day.

The local tourist tax is charged additionally and amounts to €[amount] per person per night. Children under 14 years are exempt from this tax.
Deposit & Payment
Your reservation will only be valid after receipt of the deposit of 30% of the value of the whole reservation per holiday apartment.
We accept the following payment methods: debit card, credit card (Mastercard, VISA), bank transfer, and cash. The cash limit in Italy is €4,999. Cheques are not accepted.
Arrival & departure
Arrival and check-in
Check-in is from 3 p.m.
Please inform us in advance of your planned arrival time.
If we are not there in person, you will receive the code for the front door via a call or WhatsApp message to your mobile phone.
Your apartment key and the access data for the free Wi-Fi are available at the reception in the hallway.
Departure and check-out
The apartment should be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Any outstanding amounts should be paid the evening before.
Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
Please remove all food from the kitchen and refrigerator.
If the apartment is not left in a tidy condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros.
Cancellation – early departure – no show
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act – nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 1 month before departure: no cancellation fee, the deposit will be refunded.
- 30 days before departure: The deposit (reservation fee) will be retained.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the booking value.
- In the event of a no-show: 100% of the booking value.
- We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
