Comfort from day one: our inclusive services ensure that you feel completely at home with us. From the exquisite furnishings in our holiday apartments to practical services – we take care of the details so that your holiday gets off to a relaxing start.

Mobility & holiday experience
- South Tyrol Guest Pass: unlimited and free use of all public transport, including buses, regional trains, and selected cable cars throughout South Tyrol.
- Direct access to the Pustertal Cycle Path right outside the house
- Bus stop close to the house
- Regional train station only 400 m away (6 minute walk)
- Cafés, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bank, post office, and hairdresser are all within a 2 to 4 minute walk.
Four-legged friends
Dogs are welcome in two of our vacation apartments. We charge €15 per day for your four-legged friends.
- Dogs are welcome in the two apartments on the first floor.
- Please bring your dog's basket or blanket with you—beds, couches, and home textiles are off-limits for four-legged friends.
- Towels and rugs are provided in a basket in the laundry room, especially for your dog.
- There are several beautiful walking trails right outside the farm. For short walks, there is a circular trail in our large private park next to the house.
